Recommended use:

Apply the wrapping on the skin area you wish to treat and massage it in for 2-3 minutes. Spread the substance in a 1-2 mm layer, cover it with thin foil and a dry towel.

The wrapping is best applied in the evening, before bedtime, as the optimal exposure time is 6-8 hours, but you should leave it on for at least 35-40 minutes. Once you have removed the mud, use a moisturizer if necessary.
